Eva Lucille was born on June 1st, 1921 in Wayne Co,Illinois. Eva Lucille's father was Frances Elmer Neaveill and her mother was Mary Drusilla Walter. Her maternal grandparents were George Washington Walter and Elizabeth Levit McLain. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Samuel Louis, Charles Richard, Walter Percy, Robert Lee, Luella Ellen, Julia Elizabeth, Hula May and Hazel Esther. She was the second youngest of the nine children.-
