Marenda Adeline was born in 1847. Marenda Adeline's father was William McQueary and her mother was Elizabeth Ann McKinney. Her paternal grandparents were John McQueary and Marinda Dean. She had four brothers and six sisters, named John Franklin, Christopher, William, Allen J., Ellen, Josephine, Sarah Ann, Elizabeth, Martha and Malvina F.. She was the third oldest of the eleven children.-
