Edna Ruth McKay 
Edna Ruth was born on April 13th, 1903 in Illinois. Edna Ruth's father was Chaney Elmer Grant McKay and her mother was Hannah Savannah Walter. Her maternal grandparents were George Washington Walter and Elizabeth Levit McLain. She had six brothers and four sisters, named George Wesley, William Henry, Perry Marion, Chaney Grant, Elmer, Walter Lee, Ida Elizabeth, Opal Delane, Addie Belle and Dorothy May. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.-
