Mary Alice May 
Mary Alice was born in 1863 in Lucas County,Iowa. Mary Alice's father was John May and her mother was Hannah Cinthia White. Her paternal grandparents were Peter May and Rachel Booth; her maternal grandparents were John White and Missilva Johnston. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John William, Albert D., Paris Dell, Amanda Etta and Sarah Ann. She was the third oldest of the six children. She had a half-brother named James Madison. She died at the age of 13 in 1876.-
