Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Maxson Rev. and Tacy Burdick; her maternal grandparents were John , Jr. Maxson and Judith Clarke. She was an only child. She died at the age of 57 on May 14th, 1778 in Shrewsbury,Monmouth Co.,NJ.-
