Thomas Lewis 
Thomas was born in 1765. Thomas' father was Henry Lewis and his mother was Ann Buford. His paternal grandparents were John Lewis and Frances Fielding. He was an only child. He died at the age of 74 in 1839.
They had a son named Henry.
