Aaron was born on May 19th, 1729 in ,Suffield,Hartford,Conn.. Aaron's father was John KENT and his mother was Mary SMITH. His paternal grandparents were John KENT and Abigail DUDLEY; his maternal grandparents were Samuel SMITH and Joanna MC LATHLIN. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Moses, John, Cephas, Mary, Mercy and Thankful. He was the youngest of the eight children.
