William Jeffers 
William was born in 1826 in Clermont County,Ohio. William's father was James Jeffers and his mother was Margaret Reece. His paternal grandparents were William Jeffers and Sarah Rollins; his maternal grandparents were John Reece and Susannah Moredock. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Andrew, Elmoth, John, Reece, Matilda, Susan, Lucinda and Marion. He died at the age of 68 on November 5th, 1894. He was buried in Des Moines,Iowa.General Notes
