Lowell HALL 
Lowell was born on February 20th, 1791 in St. Johnsbury,Caledonia,Vt and his baptism took place on August 6th, 1802. Lowell's father was Moses HALL and his mother was Lucy FOWLER. His paternal grandparents were Jacob HALL and Doritha TUTE; his maternal grandparents were Jonathon FOWLER and Lucy KEMP. He had four brothers and eight sisters, named Enoch, Moses, Isaac, Harvey, Lydia, Mary Or Polly, Dorothy Or Dolley, Betsey, Cynthia Or Scynthia, Lucy, Sarah Or Salley and Elizabeth Or Betsey. He was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 47 on October 15th, 1838.General Notes
