Corrie Delalia was born on November 1st, 1879 in Old Place,Newberry County,N. C..¹ Corrie Delalia's father was Walker Milton Henry (Twin) Glymph and her mother was Sarah Elizabeth Koon. Her paternal grandparents were Lemuel Glymph and Sarah Kinard. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Ira David Lee, Malcolm Eugene Kibler, Margaret "Maggie" Lavinia Katherine and Lula Viola. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died at 8 months old on July 8th, 1880 in Pomaria,S. C..¹
