Count's father was Count Gainfroi and his mother was UNKNOWN Theidlindis.  His paternal grandparents were Count of Sens, Duke of Austria Mainier and Dau of Duke Haudre; his maternal grandfather was Aubri II Count of Blois.  He was an only child.
