Count's father was Count Gainfroi and his mother was Theidlindis.  His paternal grandparents were Count of Sens , Duke of Austria Mainier and Dau of Duke Haudre; his maternal grandfather was Aubri II Count of Blois.  He was an only child.

They had a son named Count.
