John of Gaunt

John of was born in 1340 in Ghent. John of's father was III Edward and his mother was Philippa of Hainaut. His paternal grandparents were II Edward and Isabella of France; his maternal grandparents were III William and Jeanne of Valois. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Lionel of, Thomas of, Edward, Edmund of, William of, dau, Isabel, dau, dau and dau. He died in Leicester Castle.
