Jan's father was Roel Willems GRAVESTEIJN and his mother was Adriana JANS. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Gerrit Roelofs, Claasje, Claasje, Cornelis, Cornelis, Jan, Willem, Willem, Ewoutje and Ewoutje.
