Johann Pelzer-Peter was born on November 15th, 1729 in Wingen,Palatinate. Johann Pelzer-Peter's father was Johann Peter Frey and his mother was Anna Barbara Schmidt. His paternal grandparents were Johann Jacob Frey and Anna Maria Schaub; his maternal grandparents were Johann Theobald Schmidt and Anna Maria Schleber. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Johann Valentine, Johann George, Christian, Maria Margaretha, Ann Eva, Anna Barbara, Anna Maria and Juliana. He died at the age of 80 on March 30th, 1810 in Friedberg,North Carolina.-
