Martha FREEBORN 
Martha was born on August 8th, 1671 in Portsmouth,Newport,RI. Martha's father was Gideon FREEBORN and her mother was Sarah BROWNELL. Her paternal grandparents were William FREEBORN and Mary Mrs. FREEBORN; her maternal grandparents were Thomas BROWNELL and Anne BOURNE. She had five sisters named Mary, Sarah, Ann, Susanna and Patience. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 77 on November 15th, 1748.General Notes
