Adeline Espec 
Adeline was born about 1092. Adeline's father was Walter Espec Lord of Helmsley. She was an only child. She died in 1158 in Helmsley,Yorkshire,England.General Notes
Adeline was the youngest of three sisters and coheirs of Walter Espec, Lord of Helmsley, who was founder of three monasteries, Kirkham (1122) and Rievaulx (1131), both in Yorkshire, as well as Wardon in Bedfordshire (1134).
They had a son named Robert.
