Anslec was born in 0937 in Tillieres,Normandy,France.1   Anslec's father was Rollo Rognvaldsson Duke of Normandy and his mother was Gerlotte. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Anstrod I and Adaile (Gerioc) of.  He died at the age of 25 in 0962.1
