Richard Currier Capt. 
Richard was born on April 12th, 1673 in Amesbury,Essex,Massachusetts. Richard's father was Thomas Currier deacon and his mother was Mary Osgood. His paternal grandparents were Richard Currier and Ann; his maternal grandparents were William Osgood and Elizabeth Cleer. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, William, John, Joseph, Benjamin, Ebenezer, Daniel, Hannah, Mary and Ann. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 73 on February 8th, 1747.General Notes
