Elizabeth Cowels

Elizabeth was born about 1656 in Farmington,Farmington,CT.  Elizabeth's father was John Cowels and her mother was Mehitable Hart.  Her paternal grandparents were James (Jr) Cowels and Mrs. Ann Cowels. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, John, Hannah, Sarah, Esther and Mary.  She was the youngest of the seven children.  She died about 1696.

‌Elizabeth and Richard were married in a religious ceremony on May 26th, 1675.
