Eustachie of was born about 1141.1   Eustachie of's mother was Constance of Toulouse.  Her maternal grandparents were Louis VII "The Fat" King of France and Adelaide Countess of Savoy De Maurienne.  She was an only child.  Eustachie of is no longer alive.
