William CANTILUPE

William was born about 1159 in Reading & Of Ellesborough,Bucks,Eng and his baptism took place about 1159 in Of Eaton Bray 1216.  William's father was Walter CANTILUPE and his mother was Unknown.  His paternal grandfather was Walter CANTILUPE. He had two brothers and a sister, named Fulk, Roger and Sibilla.  He was the oldest of the four children.  He died on April 7th, 1239.

‌William and Mecelin were married in a religious ceremony about 1184.  They had five sons named William, Walter, John, Nicholas and Thomas.
