Victor Brown

Victor was born in 1871. Victor's father was Washington Kemp Brown and his mother was Cassandra Fore. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Brown and Thirza Jones; his maternal grandparents were Silas Fore and Sarah Moss. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Joseph Woodson, Cora, Lula, Sarah and Lelia. He was the third oldest of the seven children.
