Mercy Bloomer 
Mercy was born on June 8th, 1763 in New Salem NY. Mercy's father was Reuben Bloomer. She had a sister named Elizabeth. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 89 on August 24th, 1852 in Vergennes,VT.
‌Mercy and Samuel were married in a religious ceremony on February 8th, 1787 in Dorset,VT. They had a son and five daughters, named Samuel Paddock, Mary, Clarissa, Susan Bloomer, Electra and Maria.

Clarissa was born on November 7th, 1789. She died at the age of 62 on April 20th, 1852.
Susan Bloomer Strong
Susan Bloomer was born on August 23rd, 1791. She died at the age of 63 on September 24th, 1854.
Samuel Paddock Strong
Samuel Paddock was born on October 3rd, 1793. He died at the age of 70 on February 18th, 1864.
Electra Strong
Electra was born on September 2nd, 1795. She died at the age of 72 on December 7th, 1867.
