Catherine was born in 1768 in All Hollows Hundred,Anne Arundel Co.,MD. Catherine's father was Francis Bealmear and her mother was Elizabeth Brewer. Her paternal grandparents were Lewis Balmier and Ann UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents were John IV Brewer and Eleanor Maccubin. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Lewis, Francis, Samuel Charles, Anne and Sarah. She was the third youngest of the seven children.-
