Allen BRIGGS 
Allen was born on August 3rd, 1783 in Berkeley,Bristol,MA. Allen's father was Gideon BRIGGS and his mother was Keturah ALLEN. His paternal grandparents were David BRIGGS JR. and Sarah BABBITT. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Eliab, Gideon, Eliab, Gaius, Tryphena, Tryphena, Keturah, Susanna, Hannah, Sarah and Elizabeth. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 52 on January 13th, 1836 in MI.General Notes
