Jean Plante 
Jean was born about 1626 in Laleu, La Rochelle, Aunis, France.1 Jean's father was Nicolas Plabte and his mother was Isabelle Chauvin. He was an only child. He died on March 29th, 1706 in Chateau Richer Quebec.1 
Jean and Francoise were married in a religious ceremony on September 1st, 1650 in Beauport, Quebec, Canada.1 They had a son and a daughter, named Pierre and Angelique.
