John Mautravers 
John's father was John Mautravers and his mother was Alice Fitz Geoffrey. His paternal grandfather was Walter Mautravers; his maternal grandfather was Roger Fitz Geoffrey. He had a brother named Walter. He died about June 2nd, 1200.General Notes

Ayers: John Mautravers. In 1172 "fined to have scism of his land in Dorset;
in 1176 for forest offence in Hants; in 1185 his son had undergone for him the
ordeal by water. With Walter M. atte_ed charter to Quarr Abbey about 1185.
Held knight's fee in Berks 1194-97; died about June 1200."
They had a son named John.
