Hercule Lemire 
Hercule was born on April 17th, 1847 in St Ambroise DE Kildare Joliette, Quebec.1 Hercule's father was Pierre Leandre Dit Gaucher Lemire and his mother was Marie Olive Hamel Beauchamp. His paternal grandparents were Antoine Lemire and Esther Marie Paille. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Pierre Leandre, Ambroise Gaspard, Joseph Hormidas, Joseph, Camille Joseph, Olive Marie, Anonymous, Marie Janivieve, Julie, Didace and Leocadie Marie. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 41 in 1888 in Pembina County, North Dakota.1 -
