Barbe was born about 1617 in Mortagne, Chartres, Perche, France.1 Barbe's father was Jean Guyon and her mother was Mautherine Madeline Robin. Her paternal grandparents were Jacques Guyon and Marie Huet; her maternal grandparents were Eustache Robin and Madeleine Avrard. She had three brothers named Jean, Simon and Claude. She was the oldest of the four children. She had a half-sister named Marie. She died on November 27th, 1700 in St Pierre, Ile D'orelans, Quebec, Canada.1 -
