Ralph IV was born about 1078 in Flamstead, Hertfordshire, England. Ralph IV's father was Ralph III De Toni and his mother was Isabel Bardoul. His paternal grandparents were Roger I De Toni and UNKNOWN Godeheut; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Bardoul and Dame De Sou Elizabeth. He was an only child. He died in 1126.
