Barbe Beauvais 
Barbe was born on August 28th, 1656 in Montreal.1 Barbe's father was Jacques Beauvais Dit St Jeme and her mother was Jeanne Solde. Her paternal grandparents were Gabriel Beauvais and Marie Croniere; her maternal grandparents were Martin Solde and Julienne Le Potier. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Raphael, Jean Baptiste, Marguerite, Charlotte and Marie Etienette. She was the second oldest of the six children.-
