Gilbert Basset

Gilbert was born about 1075.  Gilbert's father was Ralph Basset and his mother was UNKNOWN Alice.  His paternal grandfather was Thurston Basset. He had three brothers named Thomas, Osmond and Richard.  He was the second oldest of the four children.
