Maud's father was Guillaume IV , Count of Toulouse and her mother was Emma deMortain. Her paternal grandparents were Pons , Count of Toulouse and Adelmodede la Haute Marche; her maternal grandparents were Earl Robert de Mortaigne and Maud deMontgomery. She was an only child. She died on November 28th, 1117.-
