Earl Robert deMortaigne

Robert was born in 1040 in Normandy, France.  Robert's father was Viscount Herlewine deConteville and his mother was Herleva de Falaise.  His maternal grandparents were Fulbert de Falaise Chamberlain and Doda Of Falaise. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Robert, Robert de, Robert, Emma, Oda (Eudes), Emma, Emma de, Emma and Muriel.  He was the youngest of the ten children. He had six half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Ralph Count of, William, Ralph, William, Baldwin, Baldwin, Adeliza, Adélaïde, AdbelahideDe, Adelaide and Adelaide.  He died at the age of 50 on December 8th, 1090 in France.

They had two sons and a daughter, named Richard, William deMortaigne Earl of and Agnes.
