Guy I Seigneur Of was born in 1010 in Montlhery, S-Oise, France.  Guy I Seigneur Of's father was Milon I Seigneur deLa Ferte and his mother was Thibauda Of Montlheri.  His paternal grandfather was Renaud deCastellan Governor Chasteare Reynard; his maternal grandfather was Thibaud Seigneur Of Montlheri Che Vereuse.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 85 in 1095 in Longpont, France.

They had two daughters named Isabel Of and Melisanda Of.
