Hugh was born in 1660 in Montgomery Co., Wales. Hugh's father was Harry Thomas Owen and his mother was Elizabeth. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Owen and Joyce Pughe. He was an only child. He died at the age of 48 in 1708 in Birmingham, Cheshire, Pa.-
