Henry I Capet was born about 1006 in Rheims, Marne, France.1 Henry I Capet's father was King Robert II France and his mother was Constance of Provence. His paternal grandparents were King Hugues "Capet" King Of France and Princess Adbelahide. He had a brother and a sister, named Robert Capet I Duke of and Aelis Adele. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Henry I Capet, Robert I `the Old' (Capet) of, Adela Capet Princess of, Adele-Hedwige of France Countess of and Alice Capet. He died on August 2nd, 1060 in Vitry-aux-Loges, Brie, France. He was buried in St denis Abbey, Seine, France.2 -
