Her paternal grandparents were Budwine Count of Italy and Metz and Richildeof Arles; her maternal grandparents were Conrad II Count Auxerre Margrave of Burgundy and Waldrada. She had three sisters named Adelaide of, Adelaide and Willa of. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 104 in 0989.General Notes
