Baran "Caswallon", was King at the time of the Roman invasion. Theantagonist of Caesar, he successfully repulsed the armies of the ablestgeneral of antiquity, the conquerors of Europe, Asia and Africa. Hecontinued to reign after the invasion for seven years.
