Edward Whinnen 
Edward was born in 1809 in St Erth, Cornwall ENG and his baptism took place on November 5th, 1809 in St Erth. Edward's father was * John Whinnen and his mother was * Mary Blight. His paternal grandparents were *Edward Whinnen and * Mary Mitchell; his maternal grandparents were * William Blight and * Jennifer Cornish. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, William, John II, * Richard, James, Samuel, Jenefer Blight, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He was buried on July 12th, 1873 in St Erth.-
