John S. Young 
John S. was born on September 22nd, 1851 in Shelby,IN. John S.'s father was David Young and his mother was Margaret Ann Williams. His paternal grandparents were John M. Young and Nancy Louden; his maternal grandparents were Mark Williams and Jane Kennedy. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin Franklin, Frank H., Alonzo G., David, Nancy J., Susan Frances Hellen, Cornelia Belle Dow and Carrie Adeline. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 19 on August 6th, 1871 in Warren,IA. He was buried in Indian Valley Cemetery.-
