Harley was born on January 3rd, 1898. Harley's father was Edward Frank Theising and his mother was Matilda Marie Peters. His paternal grandparents were Siegfried Theising and Elisabeth Vesta Davis. He had a brother and two sisters, named Chester H. E., Amanda Marie and Alice. He was the oldest of the four children. He died on January 3rd, 1898.-
