William E Taylor

William E was born on August 22nd, 1821.  William E's father was John Taylor and his mother was Catherine Wetzel. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, John Jr, Charles Markely, James Irvington, Mary, Margaret Jane and Elizabeth.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
