William Rollen Stagner

William Rollen was born about 1857 in Missouri. William Rollen's father was Thomas Jefferson Stagner and his mother was Rachel Rowland Shults. His paternal grandparents were John Stagner and Anna Hendricks; his maternal grandparents were Jacob Shults and Mary Polly Young. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John H, George H, Joseph M, Thomas Jefferson, James J, Lanie Rathbone, Mary Ann, Martha R and M C.
