Thomas Charles was born on November 23rd, 1918.1 Thomas Charles' father was Timothy O Stagner and his mother was Wilhelmina Baker. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Stagner and Nancy Rachel McElroy Berry. He had a brother named Allen. He died at the age of 55 in February 1974.
