Clark Eugene's father was Thomas Jefferson Stagner and his mother was Elizabeth C Nelson. His paternal grandparents were George Hendricks Stagner and Roseanna Shults. He had three brothers and four sisters, named George William, Joseph Thomas, Bob, Mary Frances, Amanda E, Lula A and Annie. He had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named Timothy O, Columbus Edward, Infant, Infant, Infant, Infant and Beulah Keith.General Notes
