Charley Eugene Stagner 
Charley Eugene was born on April 2nd, 1885.1 Charley Eugene's father was Joseph Andrew Stagner and his mother was Mary Jane Epley. His paternal grandparents were George Hendricks Stagner and Roseanna Shults. He had five brothers, and also a sibling of unknown gender named James A, John Arthur, David Madison, Thomas Edmond, Alfred Henry and Arty May. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 31 on August 5th, 1916.1 -
