William Charles Shrum

William Charles' father was Wilbern Clarence Shrum and his mother was Jane Elizabeth Brown.  His paternal grandparents were Jacob Mack Neil Shrum and Emma Caroline Stone. He had a brother and two sisters, named Ronald Wilbern, Caroll Ann and Darlene Jane.

They had two daughters named Living and Living.
