Effie S SURBER

Effie S was born in 1859.  Effie S' father was Isaac Sheffie Surber and her mother was Margaret Mountain. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Erastus, Jesse, Levi H., Lafayette, Ruth and Mary Jane.  She was the youngest of the seven children.
